The Role:

As the Internal Sales Manager/Head of Sales, you will be required to lead a team a fantastic team of Sales individuals with the ultimate aim of hitting revenue goals and achieving outstanding customer service. You will also be expected to execute realistic but ambitious sales strategy's whilst leading the team under your responsibility. As the Internal Sales Manager/Head of Sales product support, sales coaching and training will all within your remit. This role will also involve the successful internal sales manager to have a hands-on approach and actively outreach to warm/hot leads via the telephone. Furthermore, they will be expected to assist with other projects around the company and attend industry events and conferences when required. All of this must be achieved whilst tracking and setting targets to create accurate reports of company progress.

The Candidate:

The perfect candidate for the position of Internal Sales Manager/Head of Sales will have to have experience managing sales teams. It would be advantageous if previous experience was of a global team managed, but all applicants will be considered. Furthermore, they must have AT LEAST 3 years in a business development capacity in a target driven B2C market. The successful candidate will of course have demonstrated a great ability to exceed targets whilst also showing the organisational skills to fully manage their own CRM and pipeline. B2C experience is a MUST as is of course being very well presented and confident in person and on the phone.

The package:

The successful candidate for the role of Internal Sales Manager will receive a luxurious financial package. This includes a Basic Salary of up to £60,000 (Possibility to go higher), along with a commission structure that can hugely add to ones take home pay (Another £20,000 at least 1st year) On top of this there are amazing company benefits such as healthcare, pension, and more!
