Salary: Up to £70,000
We are looking for an experienced Home Manager for a stunning home near Watford. The home provides first-class nursing and residential care for up to 60 people and was rated GOOD by the CQC at its' last inspection. You will monitor the performance of all staff, ensuring standards are maintained or exceeded.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will need to:
Be a Registered Nurse with a proven track record of running a successful nursing home with a minimum of good CQC report.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have good commerical accumen.
Have a good knowledge of CQC standards and practice.
