We are seeking a strong Nursing Home Manager to join a leading care provider by taking responsibility for one of their luxurious homes in Lincolnshire; the home is between Bourne and Stamford approx 12 miles out of Peterborough.
Our client is interested to hear from managers who have a proven good history with CQC compliance in their current role.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (negotiable on experience)
Plus excellent benefits and generous management bonus scheme
Service: Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home
Summary of Requirements:
NVQ level 4 / RMA / LMCS or equivalent management qualification
RGN or RMN Nursing qualification
Registration with The NMC
Solid track record working with the elderly / dementia care
Previous experience managing staff within a care environment
Good working knowledge of person centred care
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations
Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
Ability to effectively manage budgets
Previous GOOD history with CQC outcomes
