Nursing Home Manager

2S Recruitment proudly work with some of the UK's most successful and well respected care home operators; this client is a national care provider who own a large number of luxurious Nursing Homes.
Location: Southern Hampshire
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (negotiable on experience)
Plus excellent employee benefits and generous management bonus scheme
Service: Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home
Summary of Requirements:
* A solid track record working with the elderly ideally within a residential setting.
* Previous experience managing staff within a care environment.
* Ability to lead a strong team ensuring excellent delivery of person centred care.
* A track record with good CQC compliance in previous home(s) we are particularly keen to hear from those with at least good in all areas currently.
* Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to effectively manage budgets and market the home
* NVQ level 4 / RMA / LMCS or equivalent management qualification
* RGN or RMN or RNLD Nursing qualification
* Registration with The NMC
