Our client is a leading multi-office, independent firm of chartered surveyors and commercial property agents. Their team is expanding, and they are recruiting an experienced salesperson to join the team covering the Capital.

Business Development Manager Role

As the Business Development manager you will be responsible for leading growth of their office letting business - this will entail building a network of referrers, account managing existing clients, and proactively developing new relationships with senior decision makers at organisations that are expanding into or moving to the region.

This is a key role in a well-established and growing team, with a real opportunity for an ambitious and confident sales professional to show what you are capable of and achieve ongoing career development and advancement with a leading business.

Business Development Manager Candidate

You will be an experienced business development professional, at ease in a client-facing role, discussing commercial property needs with senior decision-makers. You will have the opportunity to act as an ambassador for the firm and develop your own professional profile through networking and representing our clients at national and international events.

A previous background in the commercial property industry is desirable, though not essential.
