Finance Analyst

This fast moving, rapidly growing Property business is seeking an ambitious Finance Analyst to join the organisation as it continues its impressive growth story. Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, and business partnering other senior stakeholders in the organisation your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing the Group and subsidiary consolidation and annual statutory accounts
* Delivering the monthly board pack which you will be expected to provide insightful analysis of Group performance
* Completing ad hoc financial projects for senior leaders in the business, including the improvement of finance processes
* Supporting the Head of Finance with any and all Investor Relations reporting queries
The successful person will be a qualified accountant with prior experience of preparing and delivering management accounts. You will have a positive, enthusiastic and hands-on approach with the ability to build strong stakeholder relations across an international business.
