This PE-backed SME Technology company has recently undergone a change of ownership and Management team which has prompted a surge in growth across Europe. This expansion has created the need for a newly created FP&A Manager position.

Reporting to the UK Finance Director, the role includes:

* Identify and execute improvements to the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting mechanisms
* Work closely with operational heads, identifying business improvement opportunities, creating business cases and executing where appropriate
* Drive insightful analysis through across the non-finance stakeholder community, creating KPIs and facilitating improved business delivery
* Add value to profit, cash and return on investment, protecting value through risk identification, providing strong commercial and general financial acumen to support the organisation

As a tenacious, credible and talented finance professional, you will have a track record of demonstrable success of delivering first class FP&A across the business. With a high degree of emotional intelligence and ideally, but not essential, experience of a contract rich environment, you will have the energy to thrive within a robust PE-backed environment.
