Head of Product - Fintech/Berlin

They are a fintech startup focused on B2B business with the goal to provide businesses with short term financing solutions. They have a tech driven approach so ideally need someone who has experience of working at the intersection of business, design and development who is hands on and keeps the bigger picture in mind.

You will be responsible for;

* Managing the user experience team and prioritize responsibilities
* Support the functionality, usability, performance and quality of the product
* Craft and maintain the product roadmap and acheivements
* Lead product backlogs and prioritize

You should have;

* Early stage startup or product experience
* Experience with user stories, mockups and test cases
* Passionate about fintech and service oriented products
* Fluent English, German is a plus
