Description
Lead a team of Sales and Marketing professionals to grow a retail business across Europe leveraging the companies brands and UK manufacturing capabilities. This is a pay as you grow business opportunity for a hands on leader who like variety with a wide open playbook to develop and execute the strategy.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
* Lead a team of sales and marketing representatives focusing on the European market.
* To develop country specific growth strategies for each brand.
* Responsible for the compilation of sales and marketing plans and growth strategies
* To visit customers and develop long-term partnerships.
* To keep up-to-date with market developments and strengthen the customer relationships
* To monitor competitor activity

Experience
* Sales and Marketing experience into European markets
* B2B sales track record
* Worked with products for distribution in the mass retail space
* Have a network of contacts with Consumer Products sold into the large big box retailers across Europe.
* Experience setting up distribution networks from scratch
* Previous line management experience required (sales and marketing juniors)
* Additional languages to English would be advantageous but not essential
