The business has a clear strategy for growth, which focuses on the growing global demand for clean water and safe, efficient waste water treatment. It provides operating services to an increasing number of utilities, municipalities and commercial customers in targeted countries and it is a leader in the design, production and sale of water purification products in high growth markets such as disinfection, filtration, absorption and marine/offshore waste.

The company, with more than 20 offices around the world, provides water and waste water treatment products and operating services to utilities, municipalities and commercial/industrial customers in selected key markets around the world. It focuses on the high growth markets and geographies where specific products and services meet the significant needs of customers.

There are five principal business streams supporting different segments of the water industry. The business combines leading R&D capabilities with water treatment applications engineering expertise to continuously improve and broaden the technology offering portfolio of proprietary brands.

Reporting to the MD the role will be responsible for developing the business across the UK & Ireland, identifying and understanding its potential in order to develop sales across for all the product lines into the major utilities and EPC contractors. The Sales Manager sets the strategy and profit targets and will manage the opportunity pipeline, negotiating deals to closure.

Ideally they are seeking a sales professional with a comprehensive knowledge of the water treatment market for municipal and industrial markets, and who has worked in an international business. Candidates will have a proven track record in business development and the project lifecycle. In return the Group has set ambitious growth plans that will open up further career opportunities.
