Deputy Home Manager

Deputy Manager - RGN/RMN preferred
Salary: Up to £50,000
Sevenoaks, Kent

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our client's team in their brand new state-of-the-art care home due to open late Spring. We are looking for a Registered Nurse, however, non-nurse applicants will be considered if you can demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience. Ideally you will have previous Deputy Manager experience or be at a senior level and able to demonstrate passion and commitment to care. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to hit the ground running.

You will assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home and deputise for them in their absence. You will ensure all aspects of the management of the Home meet with the requirements of the CQC. You will need to be able to support and manage teams and demonstrate a calm professional manner at all times.

Essential requirements:
Previous management/supervisory experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills including IT skills
Dementia experience
