TRANSITION DIRECTOR
City of London - London
Do you want to work for a leading retailer, and one of the UK's most recognised brands?
My client are seeking a Fixed Term Contractor for a minimum of 12 months, for a project which could go on longer.
Working in the capacity of Transition Director you will lead the business through the acquisition and integration of a newly acquired subsidiary.
You will have experience within
- Programme and Change Management
- Business and IT process design
- Business Acquisition and Integration
- Stakeholder management
This role will suit someone who has worked within a post-acquisition environment, and managed all aspects of the transition process.
You will be extremely mobile and comfortable with travel to other parts of the UK to manage the process of integration.

- Concluding pre deal activities
- Supporting deal completion
- Driving transformation and integration
- Building strategy and steering a team
- Project and matrix management
- Risk, Scenario and analysis
- Relationship management
You will be
- Available to start from February onwards
- Degree in business administration
- Professional management qualification such as PRINCE2
- Extensive M&A experience
- Strategy Experience
- Ideally Retail experience
- Stakeholder management influence and negotiating experience
