Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

* Programme level scrum master / Jira Administrator to oversee and champion the day to day running of project development through Jira workflow.
* Maintainer of SaaS instance of Jira. Including the improvement and maintenance of workflows, roles, reporting, and ensuring day to day efficient progression of development through Jira.
* Administrate multiple development teams, roles, actors, and projects in Jira to ensure adherence to company processes and workflows.
* The bridge between Product owners, Business Analysts, Technical leads, Project Managers to ensure the Jira agile development processes are adhered and progressing.
* Create and manage scheduled reporting on multiple projects and programmes from Jira. Backlog, planning, committed, velocity, quality, etc.
* Prepare and manage project schedule reports, status reports, high and low level agile development reporting across the program and project level.
* Identify risks/issues and escalate to the necessary and appropriate team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

* Experience with Jira administration and process development and implementation in Jira.
* Experience with SAFe (The scaled Agile Framework) methodologies and implementing workflows.
* Experience creating and managing boards, reporting, roles, processes in Jira.
* Experience creating, monitoring and reporting on KPI's.
* Experience in scrum master position on multiple, consumer facing, technical projects.
* Experience working collaboratively with internal cross-functional and external vendor teams to ensure on time development and delivery.
* Methodological knowledge (Prince II, SAFE, Agile, SCRUM Master)
* Experience with customer facing software delivery within an international company environment.
* Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Highly structured way of working and documenting.
