The Role
As the Sales Director you will be charged with new business development in the Hotels marketplace across the UK, selling a high innovative portfolio of cloud based Hotel Software Solutions including Property Management Systems (PMS), Hotel Operations Management and Hospitality Technology. You will be targeting General Managers, Hotel Directors, Operations and Housekeeping decision makers with a highly consultative sales approach. You will be predominantly targeting Larger 3* Hotels, Smaller Luxury (4* & 5*) hotels and Groups and Chains.

The Candidate
The Sales Director will ideally have experience selling Hotel Software Solutions, ideally Property Management Systems (PMS), Hotel Operations Management or Hospitality Technology. Alternatively you might have a strong understanding of Hotels from prior experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director yourself. You will be tech savvy and passionate about the sector.

The Package
As the Sales Director you will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £65,000 - £80,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to a minimum of £115,000.
