The Role:
As a Sales Director/Sales Manager you will be driving revenue growth across the UK. With one of the most established and renowned portfolios of Broadcasting Software, you will be leading from the front, managing and driving a successful sales team. In a dynamic role, you will be targeting an array of industries, primarily the Broadcasting industry! As an Sales Director you will be field based and client facing, as such you must be well presented and polished in order to represent this esteemed Broadcasting Software brand!

The Candidate:
To excel in this Sales Director role you MUST have previous experience of selling Broadcasting Software solutions. You will have a proven track record of success, with good knowledge of the media, broadcast and entertainment space. As an Sales Director you must have EXCELLENT communication and negotiation skills with a real passion for what you are selling. You will have proven man management experience, able to develop individuals strengths to ensure target achievement.

The Package:
For the right Sales Director/Sales Manager, the basic salary is up to £80,000, alongside a first year OTE of £100,000. You will get all the tools of the job to make you successful in this field based role. Successful candidates have a clear path for progression within this great Broadcasting Software company.
