FINANCE & OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

My client, a charitable organisation based in the City of London are currently in search of a Finance & Operations Director to join their team. This role is paying up to £65k depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have extensive Charity & Not for Profit experience but a mix of this coupled with Commercial would not be discounted.

The organisation are a £2million turnover charity with a diverse portfolio of activities which will make this role interesting for the right candidate.

You will have a strong understanding of Charity SORP and will have strong leadership skills.

You must be a fully CCAB Qualified Accountant or equivalent with a substantial amount of post-qualification experience at a senior level.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must with this role at all levels within the business be it finance or non finance individuals.

The ability to build strong relationships and be able to influence others is essential with this role as you will play a key part in the organisations strategic planning for the future.
