A highly recognisable FTSE 100 business is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to play a key role in in its continued international growth. Reporting directly to the Corporate Development Director and with broad exposure to the senior management, this role offers fantastic exposure across the business and the opportunity to truly contribute to the success of this blue chip organisation. You will be tasked with identifying potential targets, building business cases, presenting recommendations, and supporting the execution and delivery of transactions.
You will be a Corporate Finance specialist, either from industry or Top 4 Transaction Services (including valuations). Prior experience of working on transactions with the broader consumer sector would be highly advantageous. This is an exciting and ambitious business, offering a high profile role that will provide a fantastic platform for growth and development for the right person.
