The Role
As the Sales Manager you will be charged with selling market leading and award winning portfolio of ground breaking and innovative Geographic Information Systems, GIS & Geospatial Software, a truly unparalleled arsenal of technology to take to market. You will be targeting organisations across in the Civil sector, from SMEs to Midmarket to Blue Chip to Corporate and Enterprise level. You will be focused on generating new business and also managing accounts, focusing on building long term relationships with your clients.

The Candidate
The Sales Manager must have previous experience and a successful, proven track record of sales. You must have a background in Geographic Information Systems GIS Mapping, Geospatial Software or an education background in Geography or Civil Engineering. You will be a high achieving consultative, solution led salesperson who is used to developing long last relationships with your clients and account management, whilst generating new business and bringing on new logo clients. You must be based in commutable distance to the Reading office.

The Package
As the Sales Manager you will be rewarded with a basic salary between £70,000 and £50,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to a minimum of £120,000, although it should be much, much higher than this. Additional benefits include Company Car/Car Allowance, pension, healthcare, laptop and phone.
