Salary: Circa £60,000

A wonderful opportunity has arisen to oversee the daily operations of a privately owned, medium-sized nursing home in East London, Barking area. The home has an excellent team in place and this will be a very pleasant role with no real pressure. Our client will even consider taking someone part time, maybe 3 days a week, if that suits.
The owners of the home prides themselves on providing the kind of care they would expect for their own family, nothing less!

You will supervise and lead an experienced and friendly care team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, and ensure CQC regulations are adhered to and improved where required.

Experience/Skills:
Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN with strrong clinical skills.
Registered Managers Award or similar Management qualification.
Previous successful Home Management experience.
Good working knowledge of CQC requirements.
Ability to build, train and mentor your team to ensure the best care is provided creating an excellent working environment.
