Care Centre Manager - Registered Nurse
Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey - excellent transport links to London
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to manage our clients brand new service due to open this Spring. This purpose built centre will offer residential and outpatient neurological and orthopaedic care to adults with brain injury, including those with physical and mild cognitive difficulties or other complex needs.

This role might suit someone who has worked in a hospital environment as a Ward Manager, Senior Manager or similar role.

The management of this service will require time to be split between direct client care (ensuring effective objectives and outcomes are being achieved) and necessary paperwork related to compliance/governance objectives) to ensure highest standards of care and CQC's Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety are met.

Requirements for the role:
RGN or RGN/RMN qualified with an active NMC pin.
Excellent clinical skills to include Tracheostomy care, Peg feeds, Suprapubic Catheter, Female & Male catheterisation and Venepuncture.
Excellent leadership skills.
Confidence to challenge poor practice and ability to address difficult issues.
Continuous self-development, keeping abreast of changes within healthcare.
