Finance Business Partner

This market leading, internationally renowned Travel group is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join the organisation as it continues its exciting international expansion. The business has delivered consistently rapid growth over the past 5 years. It has done so through the development of exciting innovations within its field and as such is at the forefront of technological advances across the sector.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will:

* Businesses partner Exec level stakeholders, providing value add insight on business performance
* Work with the Sales teams, providing key commercial decision support during client negotiations
* Analyse new and existing business initiatives, challenging assumptions and highlighting any risks and opportunities, making recommendations on actionable change
* Provide critical support on a range of commercial projects across the business

As an impressive, charismatic and ambitious individual, you will have high levels of emotional intelligence and equally high levels of intellectual horsepower. A qualified accountant with impressive academics, you will have demonstrable experience of business partnering senior non-finance stakeholders.
