Are you a Sales person who has had previous experience managing a Sales team for a minimum of 2 years?

The opportunity is with a company that operate via a network of over 3000 offices, with associates utilising the latest hardware technology and most innovative software and systems, providing a wide variety of related services in the Transport & Logistics, Financial and Hospitality & Consumer sectors.

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Package: £40,000 to £50,000 on the basic salary with OTE upwards of £70,000

Senior Sales Manager Role

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing an entire geographical region of your own. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating an experienced sales team of 15 Business Development Managers, whose main responsibilities include building, maintaining and improving business relationships with merchants in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The role will see you working 50/50 between the office and the 'field' around Greater London.

Senior Sales Manager Candidate

*Ability to lead a team of salespeople - 2-3 years of managing a sales team required
*A few years of sales experience; field sales experience in selling to SME's and independent retailers preferable.
*A University degree
*Clean driving licence
*Proven success in your sales ability and able to demonstrate full knowledge of the sales process.
Preferred:
*Experience in Merchant Services (card payments)
*Computer literate (Basic Excel Skills are a must)
