DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & RESOURCES

The Director of Finance & Resources is responsible for a budget of c£3.5m and will have 5 direct reports including Payroll, Income, Reporting, Internal Services and Pensions. Each team varies in size but a total of 20 in finance.

Skills and experience required:
- CCAB Qualified or equivalent
- Experience in a senior finance post in the Public, Private or Charity sectors
- Strong experience in managing change
- Strong board level experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong knowledge and experience of statutory reuirements affecting accounting & financial administration of charities
- Strong interpsonal and relationship management skills
