We are looking for an outstanding Manager with clinical experience for our clients' well-established care home in Norwich. The home, which has a strong existing team in place, provides top quality nursing and residential care for older people, some of whom have dementia.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated manager to provide strong leadership to a dedicated team of staff. You will need to be a Registered Nurse with an exceptional track record of managing a care home.
Duties will include managing the day to day running of the home, ensuring clinical excellence is maintained and the highest standards of care are delivered in a person-centred way at all times. Other duties include meeting financial targets and being actively involved in the marketing of the home.
