Interim Legal Counsel - Procurement

We have an excellent opportunity for an Interim Commercial and Procurement lawyer to work with our client, a global manufacturer in delivering large scale procurement projects as Legal Counsel covering a diverse range of Indirect and Capex Procurements.
Working as an extension of the commercial team, the successful Interim Commercial and Procurement Lawyer will provide legal counsel on a range of complex contracts and facilitating the on-boarding of suppliers.
Role Responsibility
As an Interim Commercial contract lawyer engaged on this project you can expect to deal with a range of legal matters relating to the large scale procurement of complex products and services. This will involve support during negotiations, drafting terms and helping the process keep moving by managing a range of stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a commercial lawyer with extensive procurement experience. Ideally, you will be available at short notice and will have previous experience in working in the manufacturing or defense space and will be able to hit the ground running with large complex procurement projects. Security Clearance (SC Level) is highly desirable.
