The Role:
As an Account Director/Business Development Manager you will be managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue and retention as well as developing new business sales. Dealing across varying industries the bulk of the account base is from the Financial Services sector. You will have an exceptional portfolio of Executive Training/Executive Coaching and using this you will source and win new business opportunities to drive growth. As an Account Director/Business Development Manager you must be well presented and polished, confidently communicating with c-level decision makers.
The Candidate:
To be a successful Account Director/Business Development Manager you must have a proven sales track record within Executive Training or Coaching! Ideally you will have sold and managed accounts within the Financial Services sector. You will have DRIVE, AMBITION and EXPERTISE if you want to truly excel as an Account Director/Business Development Manager for this exciting Executive Training company!
The Package:
Dependent upon experience, you could be earning up to £65,000 on the basic salary. Successful Account Director/Business Development Managers will earn an UNRIVALLED £100,000 OTE in their first year.
