Linux/DevOps engineer - Financial industry- Freelance/contract
Our client, an innovative player in the financial industry, is looking for a Linux DevOps engineer. This is a senior position with a contract duration of 6 months. The clinet is looking for a team player that is responsible, results-driven and problem solver. Are you that person?
The ideal candidate
* More than 5 years of experience with Linux OS ex. Redhat enterprise, Centos, Debian
* Experienced in automated deployment and configuration
* Solid knowledge in scripting ansible playbooks
* Hands-on experience with scripting (python, bash or perl)
* Extensive hands-on experience with Docker containers
* Familiar with mesos/marathon or kubernetes is a big plus
* Results driven and problem solver attitude (No quitters)

* Monitoring and supporting production environment
* Participate in projects from development to deployment into production
* Troubleshooting and solving incidents
* Automate installations
* Checking monitor alarms, diagnosing the symptoms, analysing the root causes and making preventive plans
