H2 Recruit is pleased to announce four new Business Development Manager positions with a Property Investment Consultancy that is offering a very realistic and fantastic commission plan. We are looking for hungry, tenacious, new business hunters that are looking to use their assertive and persuasive style to make money! If this is you, and you have had experience closing in a phone based environment, then read on!

Job Title - Business Development Manager (x4 roles!)
Industry - Property Investment - HNWI's
Location - London/South East
Salary - Uncapped £130,000 OTE + benefits

The Role
The Business Development Managers will identify and close new business opportunities selling property investment opportunities in the UK to the global High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI's) marketplace. With the assistance of an internal marketing and administration team, you will be given up to 120 warms leads a month to contact. You will use your persuasive and professional style to communicate with HNWIs to sell investment for a variety of residential property developers. You will be based in our client's fantastic offices in London, and working in a telephone based, high energy environment. You will also be expected to attend seminars, property shows, and face to face meetings from time to time.
You will receive commission based as a percentage of the revenue you bring in. You will be expected to make between 3-5 deals on a monthly basis, and this will lead to commission of between £5,000 and £10,000 a month on top of your basic salary!

The Candidate
The ideal Business Development Managers will have a proven track record of new business sales within high energy, telephone based environment. It would be ideal for any candidates to have had experience in the property market, but this is not requirement as it's all about the hunger and tenacity of the candidate! Experience in other industries such as recruitment, trading, corporate hospitality, and telecoms would be desirable. Ultimately, we are looking for high energy Business Development Managers who are looking to be part of a great team, and who are looking to make lots of money!

The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of £25,000 basic, with uncapped first year £130,000 OTE, plus benefits. If you would like the opportunity to discuss this position further, contact Mike Chapman at h2 Recruit today!
