My client is a serial entrepreneur, whose latest company in the digital advertising industry has revenues of circa $100m.
The European operation which is managed out of London needs a new leader to help build and enhance the business. The MD, Europe, will report to the founder.
Responsibilities:
Managing the European P&L
Enhance the local management team, via strategic hiring
Further grow the UK business via a more strategic sales approach
Ensure that clients are made aware of the full range of technologies and services that the company can provide
Work with peers in the global management team to ensure a common global brand and vision are presented to clients
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of the UK digital advertising marketplace
A strong commercial background built in sales or marketing
Strong relationships with both brands and agencies
Genuine leadership skills
Entrepreneurial approach preferred
