This well funded early stage organisation is pioneering a new market niche that gives large organisations significantly enhanced capabilities in the online space. The products are delivered via a SaaS model with sales values in excess of £100K. They already have a client base including many very big, household name companies and they have been widely recognised as one of the most exciting software companies in Europe.

They wish to appoint a VP responsible for world-wide Sales and Marketing who can assist in the rapid growth of the company.

Responsibilities
• Create the sales and marketing strategy for multiple markets and geographic regions.
• Recruit, manage and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team.
• Directly lead and contribute to key, high value sales.
• Build a reseller and partner network.
• Refine the commercial model, pricing strategy and sales collateral.
• Account manage existing customers to ensure referenceability and identify additional commercial opportunities.

Background and Experience Required
• Proven track record of building a successful international software sales organisation.
• Experience of selling online CRM or marketing based applications or tools to major customers.
• Proven track record of managing high value, complex sales to a successful conclusion.
• Track record of selling Software as a Service (SaaS) based products would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel.
• Education to degree level preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of additional European languages is a significant advantage.

You must be a UK / EU National or already be resident in the UK and have a current Work Permit.

Qualifying Questions:
Do you have extensive experience of building international sales teams?
Do you have demonstrable experience of selling enterprise software or high value SaaS solutions to major blue chips?
Have you had a leadership role in an early stage software company?
Have you sold online, CRM, marketing or analytics solutions?
