Web Project Manager

We are looking for a Web Project Manager to join our client’s internet service team based in central London.
This role is a 3 month contract with a possible view to extend. Working within the Public Sector.

Our client is wanting the successful candidate to come and join their Internet Service team who are responsible for the strategic development and delivery of online communication channels.
This includes support and delivery of the client website, a range of micro sites, extranet and intranet.
The IS team is currently going through a change and wanting to focus on in house delivery, outsourcing of web hosting, web development and editorial services. Due to his change our client require an experienced Project Manager to analyse needs, brief and manage the delivery team.

You will be responsible for:-
Web Project planning and meeting deadlines.
Work with Account Managers using technical and Business knowledge to develop specifications.
Contribute to producing project documents.
Process and highlight project reports.
Manage project risk and issues.
Manage project cost within budget.
Ensure compliance with web best practice.
