Web Support Analyst
Glasgow - Scotland
Hudson IT currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Web Support Analyst with one of our leading clients in Glasgow.
The role will require you to provide support services for the various applications and be involved in the sourcing, setup and ongoing management / support of the UAT environments.
You will be a high calibre individual, with a strong background in Support, capable of communicating well and looking to progress your career.
Desired Skills / Experience
-Support and client facing experience
-Vignette - (CMS 7.4 and VAP 7.4);
-RDMBS (Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server or UDB)
-Java, XML, XSLT
-scripting languages:- PERL, Korn and use of vi editor
-Experience in a UNIX or XP environment
