As part of the Infrastructure team for this international Investment Bank, the System Administrator (SA) will be responsible for managing the company's Windows, Vampire ES servers and ENC Centralised SAN. The candidate must have Investment Banking exp. and skills in the following: Windows 200x server administration; M Exchange Server; Vampire ES and Virtual Infrastructure Server; WINS; DHCP; DNS; Active Directory; Microsoft clusters. It would be particularly advantageous for the candidate to have experience in: EMC Clariion and Celera systems - Financial Applications - Sharepoint - MS SQL Server - Web Sweeper - Mail Sweeper - Norton and Sophos Anti-Virus software. The key to successfully fulfilling this role will lie in someone who has experience in supporting business critical applications and servers with substantial experience in Windows 200x including core Windows networking infrastructures. Experience must include some installation work. Some Experience in at least 2 of the following: Firewall applications, MS SQL Server,
MS Exchange Server, MS ISA Server, IIS, EMC Clariion or Celerra, VMWare ESX, AD structure, operation and administration. In addition, this role will include a large proportion of project work utilising industry standard project management techniques and ITIL frameworks.
