The Company:

We are working with a Series B SaaS business that have created a range of end-to-end customer experience solutions for enterprise businesses. They help companies across Financial Services, Telecoms, Utilities and the Public Sector to engage with their customers by drastically reducing customer journey times and the quality of interaction.

With offices already across the UK, Canada and the US, they are targeting global expansion and have secured a new round of significant funding to help them achieve major growth plans across Europe and APAC, as well as continuing to develop their US presence.

A new positon has become available for an Account Director - New Business Sales to help increase their presence across core verticals.

The Role:

We`re looking for an Enterprise Level new business sales person with an exceptional track record of success, winning and developing clients across Telecommunications, Utilities, and Public Sector.

You`ll be expected to develop new opportunities with targeted accounts, both directly and via an exceptional partner network and manage them through to a positive conclusion, securing multi-year agreements.

There will be a clearly defined strategy in place for each target account that you`ll be expected to contribute towards and execute.

The nature of the sale can be swift at times with medium sized deals; however, it`s likely that most deals will be reasonably complex in nature and involve numerous stakeholders and result in larger order values.

Business lines you will sell into sit within commercial functions, and will include Head of Customer Services, Head of Contact Centre, through to Marketing and the Financial Director.

As the eyes and ears of the business, you`ll be expected to provide product feedback to aid with the development of the technology stack.

The Person:

It`s essential you can demonstrate experience in software solution sales to large, complex organisations and bring a proven track record of mid to high order values.

You`ll need to bring a deep knowledge of one of the following verticals, Telecommunications, Utilities or Public Sector where you will have closed deals.

We are ideally looking for a background with SaaS solutions; however, other software experience will be considered provided you have deep knowledge of one of the verticals.

Beyond that, it`s all about your personality. This is an established business with an outstanding track record and client base, but they do still consider themselves a start-up so you`ll need to be comfortable in that type of environment.

There is a high amount collaboration on this business so loan wolves won`t work. We want a true team player who brings energy, enthusiasm and ideas.
