Specialist international insurance broker is looking for an experienced Account Manager. The Account Manager will be the key relationship manager to clients with respect to renewal retention, upselling and/or cross-selling new Commercial P&C policies while providing high-level customer service. Servicing of clients will include addressing various coverage issues, handling all inside service work associated with clients’ account, including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, and checking and binding policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Provide high-level customer service to clients using a consultative approach and relationship building such as client visits, timely inquiry responses, utilization of product knowledge, and participation in client meetings.
• Market and present new products to existing and prospective clients.
• Take ownership of renewal process to include submission of policy applications, obtaining quotations and reviewing of renewal terms and conditions.
• Prepare applications, submit them to insureds and carriers, obtain clients’ signatures on all applications, and follow up to ensure timely responses.
• Provide clients with expertise and recommendations on property & casualty and life & health exposures.
• Provide technical support to Advisors (coverages, proposals, etc.) and partner with them to ensure client needs are met.
• Manage all changes affecting insurance coverage.
• Take First Reports of Loss from clients and report them to the Claims department within required time frame according to the Standard Operating Procedures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• Experience in a client facing role.
• Experience in the property & casualty insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to global clients.
• Ability to travel internationally and service clients located in multiple time zones.
• Ability to demonstrate a customer focused attitude.
• Knowledge of international insurance products.
