My client is looking for an Ad Operations and Inventory Manager working within an agency environment or similar.
They are a leading destination for premium video advertising in a brand safe and qualitative environment at scale, who focuses on programmatic video campaigns, which involves the automated and data-driven management of digital advertising purchases and sales.
They offer an extraordinary brand safe and viewable inventory of 800 MILLION PREMIUM VIDEO VIEWS to international companies where they can communicate with consumers at scale.

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Ad Ops and Inventory Manager who will own all video advertising operations across Europe for all the Broadcasters, managing supply integrity and be the Companies Platform Specialist.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment and look for new ways to make operational efficiencies for the company.
The successful candidate will have robust knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem from supply to demand and everything in between.

Responsibilities

Ad Operations:
Traffic and execute advertising campaigns through the company ad tech stack.
Set up and manage direct campaigns including programmatic guaranteed.
Ensure creatives adhere to technical specifications, including testing and troubleshooting 3rd party ads, 3rd party tags and programmatic/partner tags.
Troubleshoot campaign issues using tools and partnering with 3rd party Ad Tech vendors on both the supply and demand side.
Troubleshoot issues with campaign performance and proactively provide solutions to overcome the issues.
Provide pre-sales support to the sales teams by provisioning them with data and availability across all markets and platforms.
Work closely with internal teams including Client Servicing, Sales and Product.

Inventory Quality:
Support the Platform infrastructure and support with operational changes across the technology stack.
Inventory management, working with the operational teams across each of the Broadcasters ensuring inventory is managed effectively to ensure successful running of the campaigns.
Ensuring all compliance requirements are being adhered to with the broadcast media.
Developing a strong understanding of the needs of various markets and how they relate to our centralised business to further the business offering.

Requirements

2-3 years in digital video media
In-depth understanding of video publisher ad tech systems such as a DFP or Freewheel is a requirement
Previous experience working for either a broadcaster, ad-server, SSP or in a supply side ad ops role is also an advantage. Understanding of the TV advertising ecosystem is a big plus.
Solutions-oriented, with a strong knowledge and exposure to the online ad sales process and ad architecture.
Ability to handle heavy workload, mediating many demands
