Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Salary: GBP 35k - GBP 50k per year Excellent Benefits
Our client is a proud represent of a variety global car and commercial vehicle manufacturers and they are looking for Experienced After Sales Managerwith a strong track record in main dealerships.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in running a successful Aftersales department in a main dealer setting
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Possesses technical knowledge
* Ability to lead, manage, and inspire the team to consistently exceed customer satisfaction and profitability goals
* Experience in budget development and monitoring
* Bodyshop experience preferred, but not essential
* Holds a valid UK driving licence.
