A Job Description expresses what has happened, whereas a Job Direction is concerned with what is about to happen. ‘Above the line’ Failure to express this can lead to confusion and poor matches. Mayfair helps the client to reach a Job Directional requirement and then provides detailed above the line Résumé’s
that specifically match the need to go forward.
Our Principals receive a small portfolio containing hybrid Résumé’s and detailed Personal Profile Analysis’s. Each résumé will significantly balance with the identifiable needs, and the P.P.A will ensure the candidate has the matching personality traits.
