Anderson Warwick was set up to counter the CV farming mentality that was endemic within Recruitment to Recruitment. We started out with a very simple philosophy, could ‘we’ work for that client? And would ‘we’ be happy with the level of service we were giving the candidate.
Recruitment to Recruitment isn’t difficult, but it can have a profound affect on a career. We strongly believe all parties should be in possession of all the facts, good and bad, so they can make an informed decision and go on to a long and successful career in recruitment.

We operate in a number of different disciplines. Our core strengths lie in Technical, Engineering and Scientific recruitment. We have also successfully recruited into Medical, Health and Public Sector areas of business. What we do well is look into niche markets, find out who’s who and network accordingly.
From a client perspective we target, profile and manage using search methodology within a contingent structure.
From a candidate perspective we search, target and market according to the candidate’s instruction.
