The Opportunity

Our client, a very successful integrator, is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their team in the North West.

You will play a part in building the future one big idea at a time. Youll be selling a wide range of Audio Visual solutions and services, both directly and indirectly. Working with our client, youll have the resources to develop your talent and creativity. Are you ready to unleash your potential?

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute AV profitable business plans in collaboration with the sales leadership team
Establish relationships with existing and new clients, partners, and manufacturers
Ensure adequate pipeline coverage across the nominated target territory and be proficient in maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
Maximise Sales Efficiency Effectiveness through the right enablement and solution support
Be the voice of the customer when liaising back with our client`s supporting teams.
Lead engagement with alliance partners to build differentiated solutions campaigns

As Business Development Manager, you will work at a strategic level within the Group. You will be responsible for co-creating, implementing, and iterating the Go-To-Market strategy developed for your clients, following a proven framework.

Based in Greater Manchester, salary is negotiable, doe andpound;40k- andpound;55k plus car allowance, great commission structure and benefits.

Your skills and experience

You will be good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen - You are aligned with our client`s core values.
Typically 5 years of directly experienced in solution sales with a strong and demonstrable background of target achievement within the AV Industry.
Ideally, you will have either worked with a systems integration business or are looking to move from a distribution business to a front-line end-user role.
Position value and build cost-benefit business cases for potential customers to meet their needs.
Reach out to customers and generate customer leads
Achieve targets and outcomes and manage sales forecasts
Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
