An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior / Managerto join our clients well established accountancy firm. They provide expert assistance to small and medium-sized businesses with their annual accounts, management accounts, tax compliance etc.
The Role:
As a Senior / Manager, there will be no requirement to draft accounts or undertake bookkeeping, but rather to control the timing and completion of assignments. As part of the planning review process, it is crucial to comprehend the main issues and risks involved. Subsequently, the final packages and points should be compiled and delivered to the client. Emphasising the output phase of the process and upholding high-quality reviews and their associated outcomes are of utmost importance.
Duties:
* You will be fully responsible for planning and completion of audits
* Manage allocated client portfolio, delivering efficient and professional service
* Review and finalise portfolio assignments of several Ltd Company, LLP, Sole trader and self-assessment tax returns.
* You will support Audit Quality Procedures
* Communicate with clients regarding input and output
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience in practice
* Proficient in preparing effective and compliant audits, from planning to completion
* ACCA or ICAEW qualifications
* Ideal to have experience in preparing consolidated accounts
