Salary: Up to GBP 56,000 DOE (mid-year salary reviews)

The Client:

Our client is one of the top 25 chartered accountancy firms in the UK. Their corporate department work in all the branches of commerce and industry, ranging from substantial corporations to small businesses in a variety of sectors, including but not limited to restaurants and hospitality, property, media, technology and entertainment.

They conduct the statutory audit and also internal audits for a growing number of organisations.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for anexperiencedAudit Supervisor to join their enthusiastic audit team and work with a wide range of corporate clients. The role will be a mix of 2 days in the office and the remaining home working with flexible hours. The breakdown will be 20% account work and 80% audit.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation and review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP/FRS102
* Planning and execution of the audits (wide range of client types and sizes) in accordance with the International Auditing Standards
* Working within budget and bringing the audits to completion
* Drafting corporate tax computations
* Helping and supervising trainees


Essential Requirements:

* ACA qualified or equivalent (ideally with first time passes)
* Proven audit experience with a range of corporate clients.
* Previous experience working in a similar role for an accountancy firm.


* Experience with PROaudit, AP, Alphatax softwares is desirable (training can be provided)
