Business Development Director - BPO - £180k ote

Do you want to work for a true market leader? Known for innovation with incoming enquires coming in every day due to their leading position as a leading (BPO) outsourcer and technology provider to the financial services market place they are looking to add a new business focused sales professional to their team to deal with the demand in their services.

The Role:
As a business dvelopment director you will be working across the financial services vertical with a focus on retail banking and insurance sectors you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities from both incoming enquires and self-generated leads. You will also be responsible for working alongside account directors and running the bid / win teams with clients if a large new business opportunity and renewals that come up within existing financial services customers. You will be working on numerous opportunities at once so will need to be someone that is versatile and happy to work on all sorts of projects from more transactional deals £200-400k through to large tender based projects where the total contract value could be in excess of £10m.

The Candidate:
You will be highly successful sales / business development professional with a demonstrable track record of new business wins within the print management, transactional mail, DPO, Document Management Solutions, Records Management, inbound BPO or other similar outsourced solutions. It will also be highly advantageous if you can demonstrate a successful track record of new business wins within the financial services sector. If you can demonstrate a track record of success for a sustained period in to the financial services sector they may also consider people who have sold other solutions to banking in particular other areas of BPO such as call centre outsourcing / customer management etc.

The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £80,000 - £110,000 with an uncapped commission structure and ote of £150,000-£180,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target with the top earner in the team last year exceeding £235k, company car and an Excellent Benefits package which includes health, pension, share options.
