Role
The purpose of this role as Business Development Manager is to drive the company's growth, accelerating customer acquisition winning new business. Head office for this company is in central London the role is Field Based, with a territory of UK & Ireland, you must be able to work autonomously, you will be responsible for increasing the number of new key accounts in the targeted sectors, develop opportunities for pitching new clients, and developing long term tenders and bid proposals. This role will require self generating leads and making and managing appointments. The successful candidate will be focused on new customers whilst providing referrals and testimonials to gain more clients and business.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced hunter style Business Development Manager with a proven sales track record, the ideal candidate will be well organised, polished and driven. Having a proven track record in a targeted based role with relevant experience and understanding of integrated security solutions. You must be a motivated and ambitious sales professional looking to continue your fast professional and personal growth. The type of person who can coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of different vertical markets, you must possess well-versed presentation skills being a confident public speaker. The Package
This role is offering the Business Development Manager a basic salary of £60,000 DOE, and a realistic OTE of £100,000 with an attractive commission structure.
