Established in 1988, my client is a successful, family-run, fast-growing Commercial Cleaning company based in London. They hold on to the principles and ethics on which they were founded and they are still very much at the heart of what they do today. They have a deeply held commitment to deliver excellent client satisfaction. They provide a broad variety of soft FM/cleaning services for a broad variety of clients across the UK with a network of local offices. I am working in partnership with them to recruit an industry experienced (contract cleaning) sales professional.

The purpose of the role is to sell the company’s range of services mainly in London (80% London/20% rest of the country). The company has telesales support, access to the relevant portals for tenders and receives enquiries from their website. The successful candidate would also be expected to engage in proactive activities to locate sales opportunities. The company believe that the sales function is best served by their team members being part of the head office environment to support each other, so you would be expected to work from the office if your diary is empty. They will consider targeting contracts in all sectors but would favour business in the medical, educational and industrial sectors.

For this role candidates should be capable of bringing in a minimum of £750k per annum. The actual individual target will be based on the basic salary level. The commission structure will be agreed between the two parties. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commute (either by public transport or car) of their London W1 offices. A professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills (bid and tender writing) are required together with a stable career history and a track record of sales success.

Salary £35k-£50k, commission, vehicle (electric) or pool car, laptop, mobile, NEST pension and 28 days holiday
