As one of the market leaders in the BIM (Building Information Modelling) Software industry, this company delivers first class solutions to the AEC (architectural, engineering and construction) space. They manage the complete process from initial sale to consultancy; training, maintenance and support. Due a record breaking financial year they are looking to grow further.

The Role:
This innovative company are looking to build on their growth with the addition of an experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing part of their ever growing account base. The modular software that the clients will be using focuses on the architectural, construction and design of building projects. You will also be responsible for some training, offer support when needed and be an overall point of contact for your clients. Based out of the either the london office you will have excellent travel links with clients no more than a short train journey away.

The Candidate:
This is a key position offering you the freedom to combine new business, account management training and support for your clients. The Business Development Manager will be joining a successful and established team; so hard work and an excellent team ethic are essential. Applicants will be confident, driven, resourceful, technically trained in an architectural or building information management arena. A degree in architecture, construction management, mechanical or structural engineering is favourable but not essential.

The Package:
The Building Information Management Consultant will benefit from a generous basic salary commensurate with experience, although initial indications are in the region of £60,000-£70,000 + OTE = £100,000 with excellent prospects for progression. Other benefits will include a pension, a company vehicle and expenses with generous holiday allowance.
