Salary: GBP 45 - 55K

The Company

This is a Chartered Surveyors practice specialising in telecommunications property advice.

Their clients are land and property owners with mobile phone masts, radio towers, rooftop antennas and radio base stations on their land and buildings.

Role Responsibilities:

* Service building surveying contracts in the South of England and Wales
* Meet with clients, advising and helping to develop the existing business
* Manage projects and a team of Surveyor


Essential Skills and Requirements:

* Highly motivated self-starter, hands on construction management, professional and contract administration services
* Ability to think independently, creatively, and critically
* Understanding of financial concepts and ability to relay information to the landlords to educate and advise
* Ability to effectively manage a growing team
* Experience with building pathology, dilapidations and refurbishment schemes Chartered Building Surveyor
* Experience in telecommunications is preferred but not required
