Chief Networking Officer

Chief Networking Officer -Brixton, LondonSalary: GBP 85,000 to GBP 95,000 depending on experience.

Working Hours: Full time - Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Benefits: 30 days plus 8 days of Bank Holidays flexible working and above statutory maternity/paternity/compassionate leave.

Our client designs, builds and manages new public destinations where communities, local entrepreneurs and independent, social business come together to work, learn, grow and collaborate. They make these spaces as affordable as possible, and they actively connect their members with each other and the community around them. So far, they have successfully turned two underused spaces into new destinations for local communities that now house independent and social businesses, but our client just getting started. Our client`s ambition is to take their proven business model, scale it and turn more underused spaces into community destinations across the UK and beyond.

The Role:

The Chief Network Officer (CNO) is responsible for leading the Network team, creating and implementing the Network strategy, designing and building the Network product and ensuring a world class end to end experience for all our client members across the group. Part of the C-Suite, the CNO will be instrumental in setting and implementing the wider organisations growth plans as our client scales world-wide.

Role Responsibilities:

* Creating and Implementing the Network Strategy and processes across 4 core areas, including:
* Engagement and Partnerships
* Sales and Curation
* Membership
* Enterprise Support
* Delivering a world class and consistent member experience across the group
* Scaling the membership base beyond tenant members
* Designing, creating and implementing the Network Product, including:
* Developing the Network product from scratch
* Provide a technology solution to how we recruit, manage and grow our member businesses
* Devise and implement a plan for commercialising the tech solution
* Leading a team of 4 Directors and multiple project staff, ensuring an outstanding team dynamic and culture, delivering a results driven team and championing diversity and inclusion across the organisation

* A leader, who knows how to build and motivate outstanding teams
* A competent sales person, who builds strong relationships and consistently outperforms financial targets
