Client Director - IT Services and Solutions Consultancy

Location: London office and from home

Salary: GBP 85-130K pa and excellent benefits

Our client, an expanding medium sized specialist IT services and solutions consultancy is looking to take on a Client Director to join their London-based office. As a Client Director, you will be responsible for the relationship with the Home Office and for the continuing development of that relationship alongside development of Business opportunities in London and South East.

Duties and background experience:

* Manage and Interface with client providing strategic direction internally and externally with Customers and partners. Ensuring that new services meet defined standards and where they change that baselines are agreed and amended and reflected in contracts and billing.
* Build and maintain relationships with the key client and partner stakeholders, always maintaining a collaborative approach with clients, colleagues and 3rd party suppliers. Seeking to attain positive reviews from clients.
* A strong technical understanding, enabling ability to work with project managers to Guide a variety of interlinked client engagements.
* Support and guide the service delivery manager(s) ensuring that you have a clear overview of current situations enabling the monitoring, control at a contractual level, ensuring Services and systems, follow appropriate methodologies and procedures.
* Where new services are requested or require designing; that proposals are appropriately documented, defined and costed. Ensuring that they maintain and exceed the agreed service levels.
* Act as senior escalation point working with other members of the team to identify route cause and work towards resolution.
* Regularly meet with stakeholders to review relationship, nip issues in the bud and develop an ever-improving service.
* Be aware of Priority incidents that may impact service, taking role of senior Escalation point for Client and internal teams.
* Work with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that their processes are appropriate set of process management activities, incident reviews, problem reviews process reporting and quality control.
* To act as liaison between the client and project teams to ensure efficient communication to provide an outstanding client experience.
* Monitor relationship income against expectation.
* Identifying new opportunities with new and existing customers to develop the business in the South East.
* Taking a `fronting role` in the South East supporting business development with new clients and opportunities, where new opportunities arise, seeking support within the business to bring these to fruition.
