Role Responsibilities:

Dealing with new and existing customers, you will translate customer needs into quality business execution solutions which will transform financial, leadership and organizational performance. You will create high performance cultures, lead change programs and flawlessly execute the solutions you have developed.

You will become recognized both internally and by customers as a leader in business execution theory and practice and develop and motivate a team of business execution and client service professionals. You will play a lead role in client engagements and relationships and ensure consistent quality is delivered in order to maintain our clients world class standards. You will support Partners to develop a portfolio and be tasked with the delivery of clients missions.

As part of your role, you will be expected to travel throughout your region, occasionally worldwide and must be able to undertake this at short notice.

Your other duties will include:

- Identifying trends to exploit growth in the market

- Monitoring regional competitor activity

- Supporting the development of new client relationships

- Supporting brand building initiatives to position our client as the global leader
